  • ACE Mentoring Field Trip

  • Seniors – Nevada Seal of Biliteracy Application Deadline is December 20

    Seniors – The deadline to apply for the Nevada Seal of Biliteracy is December 20. This is an award for Seniors who can demonstrate literacy proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English. This award is available for almost ANY language, not just Spanish or Chinese. If you have already earned a 3 or better on the AP Spanish or AP Chinese exams you have fulfilled the requirements, but if you have not yet passed the AP exams, or you are proficient in a language besides Spanish or Chinese you will take a District approved exam to earn the award. With the award you will receive a Certificate of Recognition, a Graduation Medallion, a Seal on your Diploma and a Transcript Notation. “Monolingualism can be cured!”

  • Women in Science and Technology

    WiST is an A-TECH club designed to support women who want to be involved in science and technology fields. WiST is working to connect women at A-TECH with women in the science and tech fields in our community. WiST is also planning a STEM day for other young girls in our community. Join us in Room 303 on Mondays and Wednesdays after school to become a part of this group of women.
